Our story
Hi, I'm Kristi
A homeschool mom who found Charlotte Mason and never looked back. This guide grew out of years of scribbled schedules, dog-eared poetry anthologies, and the slow discovery that a gentle rhythm really does change everything.
We're a family of readers and history lovers — three kids spanning nearly every season of childhood, from a graduating senior to a high schooler deep in the great books to an eight-year-old who still wants every story read aloud twice.
Open the Rhythm GuideEarth's crammed with heaven, and every common bush afire with God, but only he who sees, takes off his shoes.

How we got here
From overwhelmed to in rhythm
I came to Charlotte Mason the way most of us do — exhausted by curriculum that felt like school-at-home and hungry for something more alive. The first time I read about living books and short lessons and narration, something clicked.
But the planning was hard. A CM day has a particular flow — Morning Time, short lessons, narration woven in, outdoor time that isn't optional — and I couldn't find a tool that understood that. So I built one, first for myself, then for anyone who needed it.
Our family
Three kids, every season at once
We have a senior finishing his last year at home, a high schooler working through history and literature in earnest, and an eight-year-old who is just beginning to fall in love with stories. Planning for all three at once is its own kind of art.
Poetry teatime, history spines, Shakespeare, nature journals — these are the threads that run through every age and every year. The Rhythm Guide is built to hold all of it.
A rhythm that serves your family
Charlotte Mason believed that children are born persons — full human beings deserving of a rich, living education. Not a conveyor belt of worksheets, but a feast of ideas, beauty, and real books that speak to the whole child.
The Rhythm Guide was born from a simple frustration: I couldn't find a planning tool that understood how a CM day actually flows — the short lessons, the narration, the outdoor time, the Morning Time that anchors everything. So I built one.
Whether you're brand new to Charlotte Mason or years into the journey, I hope this tool helps you spend less time planning and more time living the education you've envisioned.
Real literature over dry textbooks — stories that linger long after the lesson ends.
Focused attention in small doses keeps minds fresh and curious all day long.
Nature is not a reward. It is the classroom that teaches wonder and observation.
